True Independence and Freedom

Reflection: I think the statement "True independence and freedom can only exist in doing what's right "  means that if you want freedom and independence then you have to choose the right because how are you going to get freedom and independence if you are always doing bad things. The opposite will actually happen if you do bad things. You will get less freedom and  independence. So if you want freedom and independence then always do whats right and not bad things. For example if you behave good with your parents then they will see you are a good person and then they could trust  you and give you more freedom but on the other hand if you have a bad behavior then they will not trust you and give you less freedom and independence.
