Education: 4 year bachelors degree program in pre-medicine, biology , or a related field. 

Demand or need: Some skills you need to be an orthopedic surgeon are 

• Good eye coordination
• Excellent vision  
• Good organisation ability 

Reflection: I would not like to be an orthopedic surgeon because i really dont find this job interesting all  though they pay very well , i still wouldn't wanna be one.
