Reflection: I think the quote " Great beauty great strength, and great riches are really and truly of no great use ; a right heart exceeds all." means that when you do things , if it isn't straight out of the heart then its not good  but if it comes out of your heart then it is a really good thing because that is  how you know you  really mean it.
